Confirm the plan and price
We’ll check compatibility, availability and your location, then explain the proposed work and quote. Ask for the expected arrival time and what the quote includes.
Have the vehicle ready
Tell us about gates, barriers or parking restrictions. Have your available keys ready and ask which identity or ownership documents you will need. For a planned appointment, confirm where the vehicle will be accessible.
Check the result together
Your locksmith will check the work with the vehicle. For a new key, confirm the relevant lock, starting and remote functions. Ask which keys remain usable and keep any spare separately.
